Helping Opportunities Abound! Sign up today!

8am to 10am -- Assist with various set up duties like directing =20
traffic, assisting artists with unloading and set up, setting up =20
tents, tables and chairs and assisting with hospitality.

10am to Noon -- Assist at information booths; Assist w/Raffle @ NAC =20
Booth; Assist @ Music Stage; Assist w/Booths as needed;

Noon to 2pm -- Assist with guest poll; Assist at an information =20
booth; Assist Raffle @ NAC Booth; Assist @ Music Stage; Assist w/=20
Booths as needed;

2pm to 4pm -- Assist with guest poll; Assist at an information booth; =20=

They are all about accommodating your schedule so feel free to =20
shorten (or lengthen) your time and let them know what you'd like to =20
help with.  They reward their volunteers with lots of love, =20
refreshments and a brand new Spring Art Party water bottle!

There are other ways to support this great Northside event, as well!  =20=

They=92ve added a Raffle this year with donations from area businesses =20=

and a few NAC artists. Tickets are free and the drawing will be held =20
at the June Board of Directors meeting. You could donate gift =20
certificates, gift prizes (valued under $50) or cash to purchase =20
additional prizes.  Prizes will be going to all ages of folks but =20
they=92re especially looking for some children and teen items.

They think the Spring Art Party is unique because not only do they =20
feature the fine arts and crafts of the multi-cultural artists of the =20=

Northside, but they include community organizations who provide a =20
free art activity AND they have a music stage with a broad spectrum =20
of entertainment and storytelling in the park!  Cash contributions =20
will help with expenses ranging from promotions and printing to =20
stipends for their performers. NAC is a 501(c)3 non-profit making =20
your gifts tax deductible!

Please contact Connie in the office if you are able to help with what =20=

will most likely be the biggest and best Spring Art Party ever! There =20=

are more booths than last year and lots of new ones, but they are =20
quite willing to accommodate more artists and community groups =20
looking for exposure.
